This Refund & Return Policy applies to all B2B export orders from Shenglu Solar, under EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, DDP sea and DDP‑air trade terms.

1. Cancellation before production

If you want to cancel order before production starts, please notify us in writing via email. We will process cancellation according to actual costs already incurred including material reservation, procurement and administrative expenses.

2. Cancellation after production started

Once production has begun or goods are ready for shipment, order cannot be cancelled freely. Partial or full production & material cost may be deducted from paid deposit. If goods have already been dispatched, order cancellation is not available.

3. Return Conditions

Return is only accepted for confirmed manufacturing defects from our side after joint product inspection. Goods cannot be returned for reasons including wrong purchase, change of project plan, over‑ordering, customer project adjustment.

4. Return Procedure

  • Notify us in writing with clear photos/videos showing defect evidence within reasonable time after goods arrival. For DDP shipments, claim notification shall be submitted within 48 hours after goods delivery to your address.
  • We will evaluate the issue. If manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will arrange replacement parts, re‑supply or negotiate compensation solution.
  • Return shipping cost will be assigned according to responsibility of the problem. For DDP term orders, return cross‑border freight and import‑export duties shall be clarified mutually in advance.

5. No‑return situations

  • Normal wear‑and‑tear after field usage
  • Improper installation, wrong wiring, misuse, over‑voltage damage
  • Damage caused by transportation, customer modification, disassembly
  • Differences caused by local environment, incompatible third‑party accessories Above conditions do not qualify for free return or refund.

6. Final settlement

All refund, replacement or compensation solutions need written mutual agreement by both parties. Oral promises shall not be effective.
