Thank you for choosing Shenglu Solar. This Shipping Policy applies to all export orders. We support multiple international trade terms including EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, DDP by sea and DDP by air to satisfy different customer project requirements.

1. Trade Terms Options

We can offer below Incoterms 2020 trade terms according to customer request:

  • EXW: Goods available at our warehouse. Buyer arranges all pickup, export clearance, international freight, import duties and local delivery.
  • FOB: We handle export customs clearance. Buyer covers ocean/air freight, insurance, destination customs and import charges.
  • CIF: We arrange sea freight and basic cargo insurance up to destination port. Import duties, local clearance and final delivery are on buyer’s side.
  • CFR: We arrange sea freight to destination port; buyer takes out cargo insurance and bears all destination‑side costs.
  • DDP Sea: Door‑to‑door service by sea. We handle export, sea freight, destination import customs clearance, import duties and tax, final delivery to your designated address. Applicable for qualified destination countries.
  • DDP Air: Door‑to‑door service by air freight. We manage export, air freight, import clearance, duties & tax and last‑mile delivery to your address.

Final agreed Incoterm, freight cost and delivery schedule will be clearly confirmed in your Proforma Invoice. Not all destinations support DDP service; we will inform you if DDP is unavailable for your country.

2. Processing Time

After deposit payment is received, order production and preparation lead time depends on product model and order quantity, stated clearly in PI.

3. Transit Time

  • Sea freight (FOB/CIF/CFR): around 20‑45 days (depends on destination port)
  • DDP Sea: around 25‑50 days including import clearance procedure
  • Air freight: around 7‑15 days
  • DDP Air: around 8‑18 days including import clearance and local delivery
  • Express: 3‑7 working days

Transit time is estimated, not guaranteed. Delays from carrier, customs inspection, bad weather, port congestion are out of our control.

4. Customs & Import Duties

  • Under EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR terms: Import duties, taxes and local clearance fees at destination country are borne by buyer. Please check local import regulations before placing order.
  • Under DDP Sea / DDP Air: We arrange import clearance and pay applicable import duties and taxes as part of DDP service, subject to local customs rules. Additional charges caused by customer‑provided incorrect consignee information will be charged to buyer.

5. Damages during transit

Please inspect goods immediately upon receiving. For shipping damage, buyer shall file claim with local carrier. We will provide necessary document support for claim application. Under DDP terms, damage claim shall be reported to us within 48 hours after goods arrive at your door with photos and video evidence.

6. Partial Shipment

We reserve the right to make partial shipment if agreed by both parties.
